Pitco 35C Single Tank, Twin Basket 18 Litre Gas Fryer
The heavy duty Pitco CE-35CS-NAT Free Standing Single Tank Fryer has a stainless steel construction and comes with a variety of useful and time-saving features. Some of these include an integrated splash back guard, triple tube and cool zone feature and drainage spout for quick and easy maintenance. The fryer also comes complete with two easy clean baskets.
Welded tank with an extra smooth peened finish ensures easy cleaning. Long-lasting, high-temperature cast iron heat baffles are mounted in the heat exchanger tubed to provide maximum heating and combustion efficiency. Standing pilot light design provides a ready flame when heat is required. Cabinet front and door are constructed of stainless steel with galvanized sides and back. Thermostat maintains selected temperature automatically between 93C and 190C. Integrated gas control valve acts as a manual and pilot valve, automative pilot valve, gas filter, pressure regulator, and automatic main valve. Built-in integrated flue deflector. Removable basket hanger for easy cleaning. 6″ adjustable legs.
