This is the most up to date model with thermostat cut out and reset switch. This model also features a robust drain tap, unlike some other models which are very thin and prone to breaking / blocking.
Powerful 6kw elements make these fast to heat up and very economical to use. They come on 2 x separate 16 amp Hard wired, so you simply plug them in, and off you go. No need for hard wiring. Each side of the fryer can be used separately, so they are great for saving energy costs during quieter times.
