Featuring a firebrick base for crisp even cooking, this unit is perfect for deep pan, thin crust, fresh dough, part baked or frozen pizzas. The pizza oven has controls with independent mechanical thermostats for ceiling and bedplate, high-density rock wool insulation, refractory stone baking surface, pyrometer and internal lighting. This oven is also ideal for cooking a variety of other foods such as ciabatta, naan and garlic bread, even lasagne, jacket potatoes, pies and pastries.
