The RGR36 36″ commercial gas range has six 30,000-BTU open burners topped by heavy duty removable cast iron grates. A crumb tray is under the burners for catching food particles. Its backriser keeps food spray and grease from damaging the wall. A storage shelf on top of the backriser can store ingredients, bowls, and other essentials. The range features a full-size oven with two oven racks and four rack positions.
